The Lucas County Improvement Corporation is a key member of the Economic development team which supports Lucas County. The members of the team are the Toledo Lucas County Port Authority (Port Authority), Ohio Department of Development - Region #2 (ODOD), the City of Toledo-Department of Development, the University of Toledo - Innovation Enterprises (UT-IE), the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce (TRCC), Regional Growth Partnership (RGP), Toledo Metropolitan Area Council Of Governments (TMACOG), Northwest Ohio Regional Economic Development (NORED) and other economic evelopment Agencies for the region.
