The Lucas County Improvement Corporation

stimulates economic development and enhances the quality of life in Lucas County by helping retain, attract, and grow businesses; aligning workforce development with career opportunities; and facilitating the redevelopment of vacant properties. We accomplish our mission through partnerships with the private, public, nonprofit and educational sectors.
